Here's a more comprehensive list of FX Fighter moves that encompasses
almost all of the moves I've seen so far in the game.

Here are all the special moves and attacks for FX Fighter that I've been 
able to find myself or have read about on the Net.  Virtually all are
confirmed (unknowns are marked with ?).  Nearly all of the special moves 
are here, I think, except for Venam's chewing attack and the rather 
sparse listing for Siren.

Key:
====
U=up, D=down, F=forward, B=backward, P=punch, K=kick
B F=press and release backward and then press forward
U+P=press up and punch simultaneously,
P+(B F)=press and hold punch while hitting back then forward
F->B=rotate joypad/stick in a semicircle or hit keys F FD D FB B

Moves common to most fighters:

U+P         Trounce: body slam when opponent is knocked down
U+K         Kick opponent when rising from knockdown
D+K         Foot sweep opponent when rising from knockdown
F F         Roll forward after knockdown/run forward while standing
B B         Roll away after knockdown/quick step back while standing/backflip
B F+P       Projectile [or P+(B F)] -- Ashraf, Kiko, Magnon, Venam
FU+P        Flying punch (or FU P)
FU+K        Flying kick (or FU K)
BD+K        Sweep kick (except for Magnon and Sheba)
B+P         Block/defend


ASHRAF:

F+P         Elbow lunge (or F D+P)
F F+P       Lunging overhead punch
F D F+P     Forcefield push (or FD + P while crouching)
F B+K       Handstand kick (or double swing kick)
F B P       Punch combo
F U+K       Double air roundhouse kick
F+P P P P   Running multi-punch lunge combo
B B         Backflip (longer press on first back movement)
B F+P       Chakra ball
B P         Underhand punch
 
CYBEN 30:

F+P         Shock attack (with opponent close)
U+P         Flying drop attack (close)
P+(F B)     Lunge punch and spin punch combo
D+P         2-hit swing punch
D+K         Swing kick
F F+P       4-hit cyclical punch
B F+P       Flying torpedo attack
F F+K       Roundhouse kick
F B+K       Handstand kick and roll
 
JAKE:

F B+P       3-hit combo: spin punch, punch, and kick (opponent close)
F D+K       Sweep kick
F D+P       Hammer punch
F F+K       High kick
F F+P       Headbutt
F->B+P      Overhead slam (semicircle forward to back motion, or try F B+P)
F->B+P      4-hit combo, knee throw, or slam depending on timing/distance
F B+P P P P 4-hit forward and spin punch combo (try moving joystick back
	    and forth on last three punches for best effect)
